Summary

Since saving the Toy Academy, misfit toy Grumbolt is now in training as an action toy, but he is still not considered a "main hero type," so he is assigned as a sidekick to Rex Everything, the academy bully, which displeases both of them--but when a toy named Tempest Boomcloud, driven to desperation by twenty years in a display case with other discontinued toys, breaks out and steals Rex's van, Grumbolt and Rex will have to work together to understand her motives and vanquish the horde of terrifying teddy bears she plans to unleash
