On December 1, 1958, an arsonist started a fire at the foot of the stairwell in Our Lady of the Angels Roman Catholic elementary school on the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. 92 children and 3 nuns on the third floor died. Includes interviews with parents, children who survived, and men who fought or reported on the fire. Looks at how it happened, how it might have been prevented, and what was done to make sure it would never happen again
